Are you an Electrically bias engineer from a building services background looking to work within a growing SME, who offer great flexible working hours and the opportunity to progress?

On offer is a stable role that offers on-going training courses to boost your development and growth. The main duties of your day-to-day will consist of electrical work on the building systems, taking projects from early stage to project completion, completing detailed drawings in AutoCAD when requested and attended site meetings. There are regular pay reviews and promotion opportunities.

This company, with over a decade of experience, is expanding its team due to recent growth. They operate across various sectors, including Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Food, Hospitality, Residential, and Leisure. Specialising in high-end construction, they have completed numerous prestigious projects in London and throughout the south of England, with a primary focus on luxury residential developments.


This role would suit an Electrically bias Engineer from a facilities maintenance or building services background, looking for a stable role for a specialist company offering training and progression.

The Role:

  • Taking projects from early stage to project completion
  • Be responsible for the co-ordination of all building services
  • Complete detailed drawings in AutoCAD
  • Office based roles with occasional site visits from London to Bristol, Dorset to Cambridgeshire
  • 40 hours a week, flexibility on starting hours

The Person:

  • Facilities or Building Services background

  • Electrical background
