Job Purpose

  • Oversee audits, managing client deliverables from planning to completion.
  • Supervising audit staff, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met.
  • Provide constructive mentorship to junior team members, championing their professional development.
  • Lead work delegation across the Audit team, managing workflow and implementing efficient processes.
  • Work closely with Partners and other Managers to support company growth, including scoping opportunities and pitching for new business.
  • Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Liaise with clients, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

  • AAT qualified, or similar, with extensive audit experience within practice
  • Demonstrable knowledge across audit work, from planning to completion
  • Previous senior supervisory experience, with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
  • Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
  • Networking and relationship building skills
