Group Finance Manager | Dorset (in office 3 times per week) | £60 000 - £75 000

Join an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as a Group Finance Manager. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you'll oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial processes, preparing consolidated accounts, managing audits, and supporting financial controls. This is a great chance to grow your skills in a dynamic environment and develop towards a Group Finance Controller role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Manage audit processes and prepare financial statements.
  • Oversee VAT returns, statutory reports, and internal controls.
  • Manage and develop 2-3 Finance Assistant Accountants.
  • Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency.

Person Specification:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • High energy and commitment to quality work.
  • Netsuite experience is a plus.
