NET Recruit is searching the market for a Rewards Lead to join a business services firm, located in the Dorchester area.  You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements by maintaining excellent knowledge of obligations
  • Maintaining job evaluations and structures
  • Benchmarking job roles to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the benefits market
  • Handling both the annual pay review and bonus and benefits cycles
  • Overseeing the reporting for the company car fleet, as well as monitoring the fleet itself
  • Supporting the management of the pension schemes
  • Managing relationships with third parties and external partners, ensuring that contracts are maintained, and support the renewals and budgeting processes
  • Proactively pushing communications across all channels for the reward offering
  • Managing schemes such as staff discounts
  • Conducting gender pay gap analysis
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Excellent relevant experience within a comparable role, whereupon reward offerings have been reviewed and implemented
  • Strong working knowledge of employee benefits, fleet management and employee compensation
  • Fantastic knowledge of UK law and regulations in relation to rewards
  • Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and specifically Excel, as well as the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
  • Exquisite communication skills, with the ability to influence
