This is part of the largest department of the firm. Who You will have excellent all-round working knowledge of private client law, including Will Drafting, Deputyships, LPA’s and Court of Protection matters, and Trusts & Estates administration. You will be capable of managing your own caseload autonomously, with support from more experienced colleagues on more complex cases, contributing to team targets. Holding a STEP Qualification is desirable, although not essential.
