Residential Property Lawyer Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
  • Utilise case management and digital dictation software
  • Work to targets and deadlines while maintaining accurate time records
  • Provide guidance to other team members
  • Network and promote the practice
  • Contribute to business development initiatives

Residential Property Lawyer Requirements:

  • 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Strong knowledge of Residential Property and Land Law
  • Experience managing a full residential property caseload
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of professional integrity
  • Valid driving license and own transport
  • Local connection to the area (desirable)
  • Business development experience, including social media (desirable)
