Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Residential Coordinator / Office Support professional to join a dynamic and busy team. This is a dual-role position, offering a balance of front-of house and back-office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be patient, personable, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Morning (Front of House, until 12:00PM):
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, handling queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide a calm and reassuring presence; must be patient and gentle, particularly with vulnerable individuals.
- Manage visitor check-ins and liaise with contractors or service providers.
- Ensure reception and communal areas are tidy and welcoming.
Afternoon (Office-based):
- Assist with invoicing and general administrative duties.
- Support the wider office with day-to-day coordination and communication.
- Help manage contractors, schedules, and resident communications.
- Contribute to smooth office operations through strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a residential, hospitality, or front-of-house setting.
- Background in office administration or office management.
- Naturally empathetic, patient, and personable.
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfortable in a busy environment.
- Confident using email, basing invoicing systems, and general office tech.
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to take initiative.
