Senior Site Manager

Salter Grange is currently recruitment for a Senior Site Manager for a leading developer specialising in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for the construction of c.200 residential units across two sites
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and site staff, ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in residential construction for a large, well known developer
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
  • A full, UK driving license
