Your new roleAs Global Technical and Quality Director you will lead an international team in the delivery of key strategies to deliver business objectives, meeting and exceeding customer expectations in food, and non-food, categories. You will continue the development of appropriate KPIs to understand performance in all relevant areas, and drive improvements through technical product innovation, compliance, and due diligence. You will lead and support all R&D projects, bringing market disrupting products and technologies into NPD pipeline, while also enhancing sustainability initiatives. What you'll need to succeedYou will be proven in a similar leadership position, with strategic responsibilities for technical innovation, manufacturing compliance, human rights due diligence, and sustainability. You will be highly commercially aware with the ability to support commercial business objectives and performance, within an entrepreneurial and fast-moving business. Experience of FMCG products (ideally both food, and non-food), and working with high-street retailers and international suppliers (ideally including Asia) is a distinct advantage. You will be ambitious for yourself and for your company, and enjoy a fast-changing working environment where pace and urgency drive successful outcomes. You will have very strong people skills, and be able to influence at all levels. You will enjoy developing high-performing individuals and teams, harnessing people's skills and supporting their ongoing development.
