About the RoleA new opportunity to take responsibility for developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures. You will lead projects that influence service change and improvement across functions, offering advice on legislation and strategies, managing key stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and manage projects affecting service outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
  • Provide expert advice on policy and service improvements
  • Supervise staff and deputise for the manager as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide reports
  • Ensure data quality and proper system use

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Proven experience supervising staff
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
