Assistant Management Accountant (3 Days Per Week)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Producing accurate monthly management accounts
  • Investigating and analysing data to provide meaningful financial insights
  • Managing the balance sheet, including reconciliation of fixed assets, intercompany balances, and debtors
  • Preparing and managing monthly payroll
  • Acting as the go-to finance contact for managers
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process alongside the Accounting Manager (UK&I) and FP&A team
  • Assisting with the annual audit and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Ensuring strong financial controls and driving continuous process improvement

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Ideally AAT qualified or Part-qualified accountant.

Experience: Strong background in management accounts and month-end processes (payroll experience is a plus!)

Skills:

  • Solid business acumen and financial problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel proficiency (Intermediate level essential)
  • Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues across all levels
