Job Description:

  • Providing administration support to a team of 6.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings / Teams calls.
  • Drafting agendas, minutes and managing follow-up actions.
  • Managing the team mailbox and coordinating tasks.
  • Distribution of documents to external parties.
  • Preparing training manuals.
  • Diary management and system updates.
  • Maintaining files and systems.
  • Recording project updates, keeping an overview of resources and timelines.
  • Providing reports for stakeholders.
  • Managing product library.
  • Complete daily/weekly/annual tasks.

Person Specification:

  • Good level of education.
  • Around 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable liaising with senior staff.
  • Must be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Hardworking and adaptable.
