AdministratorLocation: Dorking Salary: £21,840 - £26,280 Hours: 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday Must be a car driver!We are currently looking for a highly organised and experienced Administrator to join our client in Dorking. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in administration and a passion for providing efficient and effective support.Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Managing communication via phone and email, responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Assisting with admin tasks, including liaising with clients and contractors.
  • Handling basic financial/admin tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
  • Organising and coordinating schedules, appointments, and other key activities.
  • Maintaining office systems and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience with attention to detail and organisation.
  • Previous experience in administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A reliable car driver with a full driving license, as the role requires travel within the local area.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
