Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are aleading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are looking to recruit aAdministrative Assistantfor a 2-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Purpose of the Role
To organise and co-ordinate administration duties & office procedures

Skills / Experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills,
  • Prioritise and work on own initiative and be highly organised.
  • Duties include: schedule meetings & appointments for PM, organise travel & visas, organise catering, maintain & organise office space, order stationery and IT equipment, provide support to visitors, address employee queries, assist in the onboarding process for new starters, organise events, liaise with Campus services, compile reports and format documents, provide support to both KBR and client
  • Must be able to multi-task,be collaborative andhard working with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Patience & discretion required to deal with all aspects of the role.
  • Flexible in working hours to fit with project needs - office based.
Software experience- Microsoft word & Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, CONCUR, DocuSign, SharePoint
