Brief

Working with the Warehouse Supervisor, taking responsibility for the safe and timely completion of physical Inventory counts and the associated administrative activities by following relevant documented processes/ procedures.
Maintain inventory records on the company ERP system.

 

Main Duties

  • Completion of Inventory counts including physical counting of materials, documenting count results, and entering count results into the company ERP system.
  • Posting Inventory differences up to authorised value and investigating causes for Escalating any issues that could account for differences. Support Inventory counting compliance audits as required.
  • Ownership of daily/weekly administration targets, managing issues and taking actions that positively impact target Escalation of issues that cannot be resolved within the job holder's area of control.
  • Ensure departmental KPl's (Key performance indicators) are measured and

Other Requirements

  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, and With capability to produce basic spreadsheets, documentation to support departmental operations and be able to communicate effectively using Email.
  • Ideally experience with using SAP ERP / WM system.
  • Ideally have minimum of 2 years ERP system experience in a Warehouse environment focused on inventory management with a good understanding of warehouse stock reporting and Inventory counting.
