Description

Ensuring timely collection of payments from customers, and maintaining accurate records of outstanding

Evaluating the creditworthiness of new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits.

Ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and sent to customers.
-
Tracking overdue payments and following up with customers to secure timely settlement.

Contacting customers via phone, email, or letters to remind them of overdue debts.

Working with customers to establish and agree on payment schedules when necessary.

Handling any disputes regarding invoices or payment terms, working to resolve issues promptly.

Adjusting credit limits based on customer payment history and credit assessment reviews.

Preparing and presenting regular reports on outstanding debts, aging reports, and cash flow status to senior management.

Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all communications, agreements, and payments received.

Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth customer transactions and resolve any issues.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be available on short notice.
