As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for marketing, event management, and brand strategy within a technical, engineering-led environment.

The Role:
Reporting to the UK Region Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Event Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a variety of marketing initiatives, overseeing content strategies, and organising key events. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and brand values.

A significant aspect of the role involves planning and executing events ranging from internal meetings and regional events to client-facing exhibitions and product launches. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistently aligned across various marketing channels.
  • Manage and oversee the companys content and advertising strategies, including digital, print, and video content.
  • Maintain and update the companys website, social media platforms, and other marketing outlets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external photo and video shoots.
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport event materials and set up exhibition spaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or working in a technical/engineering environment.
  • Strong communication, proofreading, and planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience managing digital marketing strategies, website updates, and social media campaigns.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and creative design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Manual handling of exhibition equipment and ability to transport items as part of event logistics.
