Role:
The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring efficient processing while providing exceptional customer service. You will need to communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases
- A confident and friendly approach with a strong customer service background
