- Based in Dorking
- Up to £45,000 salary (DOE)
- Hybrid (2 days WFH)
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Working closely with end users, engineers, and sub-contractors to book installs
- Diary management, coordinating schedules
- Liaising with suppliers, ordering equipment and ensuring it arrives on time
- Ensuring that essential documents i.e. risk assessments are available and up to date
- Monitoring projects and ensuring they are running smoothly
- Updating the CRM and helpdesk systems
- Collating and sending reports
- Managing the helpdesk ticketing system
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience working in the IT industry
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
