My client are a small but well established IT Managed Services provider that are in the market for a proven Managed Services Support Engineer. The Manged Services Support Engineer will have a proven MSP background with the ability to cover 1st - 3rd line support as well as project based work. You will have a broad range of technical skills across tech such as Windows, MAC, Server, O365, Azure, Sharepoint, Active Directory, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, backup, Datto, Fortinet, Autotask.

This is a client facing role and as such it is essential that the Managed Services Support Engineer has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

My client is a small but friendly team where everyone bounces off each other. They have a great attitude towards learning and development and activley push the chance to gain certifications.
