An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Solicitor to join this well established law firm based in the heart of Surrey.
You will be effectively managing your own caseload and will be well versed in dealing with Private Client matters.
Duties as follows:-
- To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the department as a whole.
- To manage Wills and LPA's and deal with probate matters and tax advice including a basic understanding of trusts.
- To participate in the marketing of the firm by actively being involved in various networking events and corporate seminars.
- To actively cross network with other practice areas within the firm in order to expand the client base.
- To be competent with online file management.
