Due to ongoing success, our client is looking for an organised Office Coordinator to help manage business activities.
- Based in Dorking
- Up to £35,000 salary (DOE)
- Hybrid (2 days WFH)
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Supporting the sales guys with their day-to-day activities
- Chasing quotes from suppliers
- Organising deliveries, chasing suppliers when required
- Liaising and following up with customers
- Assisting with quotes and proposals
- Updating the CRM system
- Handling any internal queries, working with the Directors
- Being involved in HR and compliance duties
- Responsible for the HR administration
Person Specification:
- Knowledge of the IT industry is an advantage
- Experience within a similar role
- Organised with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
