Due to ongoing success, our client is looking for an organised Office Coordinator to help manage business activities.

  • Based in Dorking
  • Up to £35,000 salary (DOE)
  • Hybrid (2 days WFH)
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Job Description:

  • Providing administration support to the sales team
  • Chasing quotes from suppliers
  • Organising deliveries and following up with suppliers as needed
  • Communicating with customers and ensuring tasks are carried out
  • Generating quotes and proposals
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Handling internal queries and working closely with the Directors
  • Maintaining H&S and compliance records
  • HR & facilities administration – contracts, references, GDPR
  • Managing the team mailbox and coordinating tasks
  • Diary management and system updates
  • Assisting Management with reports
  • Some project work including ISO

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable liaising with senior staff
  • Must be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail
  • Hardworking and adaptable
