The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through the inspection of manufacturing processes and products.
Quality Inspector Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience working in quality control and inspection within manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of quality control standards and procedures
- Inspection of manufactured parts using a variety of measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and work instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
Quality Inspector Day-to-day:
- Inspecting parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards
- Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating any non-conformities and assisting in their resolution
- Collaborating with production and quality control teams to maintain high-quality standards
