My client is looking for a talented individual who can take over the running of this busy and professional Dorking based office.

It will be a busy and varied role with no two days the same so if you are adept at multi tasking, building relationships with clients and thinking on your feet, then this could be the job for you.

Hours: 9.00am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday office based

Job Outline

To assist the Property Management team in the effective management of the property portfolio by providing efficient and accurate administrative support for the day to day running of each property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all client files are maintained and up to date including those on the "Rent" software system
  • Deal with Freeholder, Leaseholder and Tenant queries verbally and in written form.
  • Circulate information to occupiers concerning management issues.
  • Oversee day to day and contracted maintenance for all properties and where necessary liaise with contractors and property owners / occupiers.
  • Issue rent, service charge, insurance and ground rent demands for payments and assist in the arrears process.
  • Assist in the production of budgets for the forthcoming period
  • Log insurance claims and liaise with the insurance department to ensure the claims are completed
  • Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
