Temporary Accounts Admin

Based Dorking ** full time, temporary position ** Full training provided **

Extremely successful, established company in the heart of Dorking require an accounts administrator to assist with the purchase ledger. No experience necessary, must be numerate, organised and have excellent attention to detail.

Job Specification:

  • Processing of stock and non-stock invoices
  • Manage accounts payable inbox, responding to suppliers as required
  • Manage and process payments on the tracker
  • Prepare supplier payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Process employee expenses on web expenses
  • Prepare employee expenses payment run
  • Process invoices approved by the Accountant
  • Process monthly credit card transactions and reconcile to statement
  • Reconcile daily cash/card collections to the system reports and bank receipts

Person Specification:

  • Must be numerate
  • Attention to detail/accuracy is key
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Must be able to commit to a 3 month contract

Additional Information:

  • Based in Dorking
  • £11.44ph - £13ph depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week
  • Work up to Christmas and possibly beyond
