We have an urgent requirement for an experienced individual to work within a busy Finance team based in Deal, assisting with a variety of Administrative tasks.
You will be supporting the Finance Manager with various tasks that will include data entry onto the Sage system, processing of invoices, checking data, dealing with e-mails and queries coming into the office and generally assisting where required.
You will have previously worked within a finance team and have experience of using Sage. Good keyboard skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
The hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, however there can be flexibility for the right person.
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
