We’re recruiting a Waking Night Concierge to join our team of care and support workers, in Tower Hamlets, London.

You will provide a warm, friendly and responsive overnight service at Sue Starkey House with responsibility for maintaining the safety and security of the tenants and the building overnight. Your main duties will involve reception cover, health and safety checks, securing the building and monitoring visitor access and CCTV, ensuring local visitor’s policy is adhered to, offering practical advice to tenants, and liaising with the waking night support worker / out of hours duty service regarding tenants’ support needs. You will be expected to conduct building checks every thirty minutes and report these checks in written communication to the Out of Hours team.

This is a perfect opportunity for those who are seeking interesting waking night work, as shift patterns are 8:00pm to 7:00am, 3 or 4 nights per week.
