My client are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to take on a full caseload of residential property matters. This is an independent role where the successful candidate will handle around 25 new instructions per month. Immediate caseload management experience is essential, as you'll need to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
  • Handling both straightforward and complex property transactions with varied property values.
  • Supervising a secretary, ensuring smooth administration of your caseload.
  • Participating in business development and networking activities to grow client relationships.

This position is key to the firm's conveyancing team and its continued success in the Dover area. Your ability to manage a substantial caseload while building strong client relationships will directly contribute to the firm's growth and reputation.
