I am seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (ideally from a luxury product background) to lead the day-to-day management of my client's websites, lead generation and overall digital marketing performance. This role is pivotal in implementing a digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, contributing to an exciting growth plan.Â
Day-to-day of the role:

Establish, manage, and execute new strategies across all digital channels to raise awareness, acquire new customers, and drive conversion.

Create marketing collaterals based on promotional plans established with the wider team.

Manage and optimise the website, ensuring ongoing review and performance improvement.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve paid media KPIs.

Provide weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting across all channels to analyse spend and performance.

Plan and implement automated user journeys based on user behaviour, designing an outstanding digital customer journey.

Manage agency partners to execute the strategy and optimise all paid campaigns to achieve target ROI.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.

Work within and maintain brand identity standards across all channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role across various channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliates, and Display.

Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and PPC platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads.

Proficiency in SEO tracking and performance analytics.

Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
