GSL Education Kent are seeking talented Part-Time Primary Teachers to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Dover. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexibility, with the opportunity to work across all year groups – from Nursery to Year 6 – and choose when and where they work.
Our client’s experienced Head Teacher and supportive senior leadership team are expanding their bank staff team to cover on-the-day sickness, pre-arranged absences, and additional classroom support. This flexible arrangement allows you to focus on what you love – teaching – without the demands of a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Nursery to Year 6.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and an ability to adapt to new settings.
- Be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact on students’ learning.
- Be confident teaching across different year groups, from Early Years to Year 6.
