Work in a range of secondary schools, covering lessons with pre-set work across various subjects. Bookings are available in advance, but if you’re looking to maximise your work opportunities, you can also opt for early-morning on-call bookings to expand the variety of schools you work at.
The ideal Secondary Teacher will:
- Be confident covering lessons across a variety of subjects
- Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
- Be adaptable to different school environments and teaching styles
- Have an enthusiastic attitude and quickly build rapport with students and fellow staff Â
Secondary Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
- Experience teaching KS3/KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Ability to travel to schools in and around Dover
