Berry Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator in Downham Market. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations within the service department, delivering excellent customer service and support to engineers and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of smaller-scale projects. This includes managing the delivery and commissioning of products from stock, overseeing retrofitting tasks, and coordinating service and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.Prepare and issue accurate service quotes, following up with customers as needed.Handle customer enquiries, resolving any issues.Coordinate with engineers to ensure they have necessary resources and information.Maintain accurate documentation, including service records, quotes, and invoices.Provide general admin support, including tracking orders and filing paperwork.
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in service coordination, customer service, or administration.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Prior experience in a HVAC or a heating/insulation environment is preferred but not essential.
Full-time, Monday to Friday.Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
