Site Manager

Site Manager with extensive house building experience, Immediately required in Downham Market.

RCM Ltd are working with a Privately Owned Residential Developer who are looking to recruit for a Site Managerto join their site team in Downham Market on a new build residential project. You shall be working directly with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing direct staff and specialist subcontractors on site.
• Overlooking the installations completed and ensuring that work is carried out to specification.
• Ensuring that H&S is met and adhered to.
• Reporting in to the Construction Manager.
• Being the in intermediary between the subcontractors, client and end user. Ensuring that between all parties, work is being completed to a high standards and any snags which have been highlighted are rectified prior to the next walk around.
• Managing the project through to completion.

The Site Manager, will have:

• Previous experience managing the delivery of housing projects
• SMSTS
• NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or an equivalent qualification
