Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care within care homes in Downham Market. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we’d love to hear from you.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting both their physical and emotional needs.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mealtime support.
  • Promoting residents' independence and helping to create a positive, supportive environment.
  • Following individual care plans and ensuring all records are kept up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Preparedness to complete the required compliance checks.
