Rates and Shifts:
- Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hourMonday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering high standards of care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and fostering a warm, positive environment.
- Following care plans and keeping all records accurate and up to date.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant experience within a UK care setting (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A caring, empathetic approach to care.
- Willingness to complete necessary compliance checks.
