Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care in care homes located in Wisbech. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hourMonday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high standards of care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional needs.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and fostering a warm, positive environment.
  • Following care plans and keeping all records accurate and up to date.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant experience within a UK care setting (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A caring, empathetic approach to care.
  • Willingness to complete necessary compliance checks.
