My client based in Sailsbury is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join their dynamic teamdue to expanding growth.

This role focuses on generating new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships, particularly in the hospitality sector, including restaurants, pubs, hotels, and event caterers. With 25 years of reputation for excellent service and quality, they are proud to supply many of the leading chefs in their area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year

Business Development Manager - Experience:

  • Sales or business development: 1 year (required)

  • Full UK driving license

What a day to day as a BDM will look like:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in line with theirexpansion.

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality products.

  • Collaborate with the team to create tailored solutions for customers, enhancing their food offerings.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to inform business strategies.

  • Utilise effective networking skills to engage with stakeholders across the industry.

BDM - Skills and experience: (Not all essential):

  • Proven experience in business development or a sales role, preferably in the food or hospitality sector.

  • Strong relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving new sales.

  • Passion for high-quality foods and a commitment to sustainability.
