Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

Hours & Pay

Pay - 32,000-40,000 Rotating Saturdays paid at 1.5x & Performance bonus.

Hours - Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm & Rotating 4 hours Saturday.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance work.
Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle, including parts used and labour hours.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Experience

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair tools is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
NVQ level 3 and similar is also advantageous.
