Role Overview:

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will oversee day-to-day HR activities, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Your role will involve managing onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, and employee relations while driving continuous HR improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily HR operations and act as a role model.

- Manage onboarding, inductions, and offboarding.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

- Provide expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers.

- Oversee payroll preparation and employee absence management.

- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and data confidentiality.

- Support and mentor the HR team.

Key Skills:

- Level 5 CIPD qualified with strong UK employment law knowledge.

- Proven experience in payroll management and complex employee relations.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.
