Meat food production Operative - Mixer
Working in partnership with a food manufacturer based in Driffield, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Food production packer and Mixing operatives time to work in the Driffield area. This is a temp position with a pay rate of ((phone number removed)hr)
Shift pattern / Working hours
Monday to Friday 7:30-4:30pm, 3pm on a Friday
Start date / Duration
The Food production Mixing operatives role is a temp position with a 12 week duration. This will commence with immediate effect, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.
Job Description
Mixing Department:
Read orders from a sheet and programme machine
Monitor mixing machine
Heavy lifting
Pack product ensuring quality
A lot of Heavy lifting, up to 15kg eg mayonnaise
General Labouring and moving cooked meats around
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position you must;
- Have Food production experience
- Have own transport, due to location
- Proven experience as a Food Production Packer ideal but not essential
- This role is working in a chilled environment with full PPE provided
- Have excellent English
- Be willing to learn and progress
- Have worked with machines before
