E-Commerce Executive

With distribution centers in the UK and the Netherlands, we employ a team of over 40 people. Our mission is to improve wellbeing across Europe by providing high-quality vitamins, supplements, and wellness products tailored to customer needs.

We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. This full-time role will be based in our UK office.

Main Purpose of the Role

Support the E-Commerce team in maximizing the potential of all e-commerce channels through effective site management, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Optimization

  • Manage daily site activities, including product launches, promotions, and content updates.
  • Ensure web content and product listings are accurate, current, and SEO-optimized.
  • Create optimized landing pages and customer journeys for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee Google Merchant Center to ensure shopping feeds are set up and performing well.
  • Develop targeted advertising strategies for the UK and EU markets.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance to improve results.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Create performance reports to demonstrate account health and ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs across e-commerce channels and provide actionable insights.
  • Report on customer behavior, sales trends, and site performance to support decision-making.

User Experience Optimization

  • Assess and enhance website usability, navigation, and customer journey.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement user-friendly features.
  • Conduct website audits for improvements like load times and mobile responsiveness.
  • Use customer feedback, heatmaps, and analytics to guide UX enhancements.

Stock & Merchandising

  • Manage online stock availability and align merchandising strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to ensure stock levels align with trends.

Collaboration & Customer Support

  • Assist Customer Services in resolving technical website issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to align e-commerce activities with business objectives.
  • Work with leadership to execute campaigns and promotions seamlessly.
About You

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles count).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
