Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Controller
Near Driffield
£40,000 to £45,000 per annum
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Permanent
We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Controller to join our client near Driffield. This is a crucial tole managing contracts from end to end.
Our client are one of the leading players within the modular construction industry, within multiple sectors including hospitals, education, offices and homes.
What will you receive?
- 10% employer pension contribution, 4% candidate pension contribution
- 12.5% of salary as bonus (based on company performance)
- Early finishes on Friday
- 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
What will the Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Controller be doing?
- Prepare and issue regular account development reviews to clients update
- Project reports
- Applications for payments
- Manage financial aspect and out turn of circa 60 projects at a time
- Review pricing documents for projects

What we are looking for in the Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Controller?
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Controller
- Excellent communication skills
- PC literate
- Commercial contract reviewing experience
- Previous experience in plant hire or modular industry is desired
