Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including project accounting and management accounts.
- Drive change management initiatives and contribute to system improvements.
- Prepare and present management accounts to the board on a monthly basis.
- Conduct strategic financial analysis to assess and enhance customer and project profitability.
- Build and lead a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving culture.
- Assess current financial processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide added value through insights and recommendations that support business growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Cost accounting for the service industry
- Fleet management experience highly desirable
- Commercially driven, with a focus on value addition and strategic analysis.
- Achievement-oriented and stable, with a track record of bridging the gap between finance and the rest of the business in a collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication skills
