Main Duties:
As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:
- Preparing information for key stakeholders to support business planning and decision making
- Being a key business partner to a range of operational staff
- Maintaining accurate financial records, control systems, and policies to ensure that regulatory and statutory requirements are met
- Assisting in the review, development, and implementation of internal control systems
- Ensuring stakeholder issues are addressed and remedied
- Managing recruitment, performance, and development of departmental staff
- Contributing to special projects as appropriate
Location / Office / Culture
The role is hybrid based and situated in Worcester. The company operate from a modern office with a strong Finance Team. A flexible approach may be required for working outside of standard office hours.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting standards and systems
- A strong ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
