About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Internal Audit Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify areas of risk and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of audit issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to maintain high audit standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant professional qualifications (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
