Senior Internal Sales Administrator (Engineering Spares)

Internal Sales Administrator required for my client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of high value capital equipment for a range of sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising a high performing team within a busy engineering spare parts and aftersales environment.

Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Administrator :

  • Handle spare parts sales enquiries and orders.
  • Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery.
  • Analyse sales data by product type, customer etc.
  • Assisting area sales managers to obtain orders.
  • Respond to customer requests for product information.
  • Prepare and issue internal contract documentation.
  • Provide after-sales and customer support.
  • Coaching and mentoring other members of the team.

Qualifications/Experienceof theInternal Sales Administrator:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Team orientated.
  • A technical background or previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Highly self-sufficiency and well organised.
