- Client Management: Act as the primary account manager, ensuring strategic goals are met, services exceed expectations, and client relationships are strengthened.
- Supplier Management: Govern relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards while reducing costs.
- Business Development: Generate new client and supplier opportunities to drive growth. Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events as required.
- Operational Support: Liaise with the operations team to ensure high service levels, assist with RFI/RFP documents, and contribute to ESG initiatives.
- Provide escalation support for client/supplier issues.
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
