The main purpose of Decision Maker - Camera Ticket Office is to provide a decision making service regarding camera detected offences. To ensure that training and development of CTO staff is monitored and updated in line with legal requirements and new legislation/ processes.

To offer guidance and support CTO caseworkers and to provide management cover of caseworkers in absence of CTO Manager.

To assist CTO Manager in delivering a robust Camera Administration Process across West Mercia.
