?? The Role:
As a Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently loading orders onto the system ensuring accurate details and liaising with the production team. You will also work closely with site contacts and transport providers to arrange successful delivery. Additionally, you'll be handling order acknowledgements and booking deliveries on the system.
�? Key Responsibilities:
? Efficiently load orders onto the internal system within a defined SLA.
? Cross-check orders for accuracy and book them to meet delivery deadlines
? Liaise with the production team, site contacts, and transport providers
? Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to process orders with 100% accuracy
? Provide outstanding support to the customer service team by answering calls and emails promptly
