I am currently assisting a client find a Capital Investment Project Manager to assist on their Decent Homes Program.
The most ideal candidates will have experience in social housing, particularly across High rise blocks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Decent Homes Program
- Support staff through project to completion
- Setup meetings to discuss ongoing or future property renovations
Requirements
- Experience in the construction sector (or equivalent) with a sound knowledge of current construction and health & safety regulations.
- Proven experience of managing construction (residential new build and/or refurbishment) works, including experience of managing large refurbishment projects
- Experience of managing Contractors with a CDM environment
Package
- 3-6 Month contract
- Negotiable rate
- Mainly remote working
